Ahhhh. Hope you feel better soon. I had a bug a while back. It was at me at both ends. If a lay down on my side I would spin like a Catherine wheel. Digestive pyrotechnics are fun.

Top tip. Couple of spoons of bisto granules, two hand fulls of 100's and 1000's. Thicken you right up. |
