This drives me fecking insane!! I get so little free time that when I do make plans for an evening and they vanish, I get so annoyed at the waste of time! |

I've msgd people for a meet and after chatting I'd say I'll msg you on such a day to organise a day but then when that day comes and I msg I get a reply saying we had organised to meet today and you stood me up! That's happened so many times! |

No for us there's nothing, they just disappear. We hear of the "thrill of the chase", but that seems pointless if ur not on ur way to the arranged meet doesn't it? Or is that just the way I see it? |

I'm like that with everything though, I'm a busy person and if I've set aside time to do something for you, wait for you to turn up for my appointment or whatever, I get seriously fed up! |

Lots seem to get cold feet. Its like a great fantasy that they cant see through.
That or they lying bout who they are.
Ive chatted to several couples who backed out last min. I'm starting to think, with an exception of a few couples,that no one actually meets on here. |

People have real lifes and believe it or not things can happen in real life at the click of ur fingers and people leave fab etc ...its not a big deal ...move on |

Well said.... with the last female I had fun with we met 3 or 4 times first and had a great laugh each time before arranging a meet for fun!!
Too much goes on before first meet, will they turn up? Will they be as their profile says? etc etc for both parties that it can create a different mood..... meet for coffee and get that out of the way, then meet or not for fun

That's the way we like to work things. Always meet for a drink or coffee first after chatting for a while. To get to know them. Then the no expectations first meet to see how we all gel in person before making any decisions. No point in arranging to play with someone we haven't met, we dont know if we're all gonna click in person

It can take a few meets, which to be honest is nearly like dating..but I'm fine meeting a few times first if someone feels they need to. If it makes things less awkward and more enjoyable for them its worth the effort. |

Your right Tina always meet first for brew r drink just to see how you get on, if they didn't have manners to notify you they couldn't let them trot on. Of course all have real lives n shit happens but genuine people will make the effort or at least have the balls to back out with grace xx |

My comment was a generalisation of single guy's mailing women telling us who they were with and what they got up to,I did not at anywhere mention you,I have never spoken to you,but yes loads of single guy's constantly mail me telling me about meets it annoying and I know the majority of girls here are the same...

Would you like to read the veri's and see how many are from socials and how many are single meets?
Anyhow, I'm not moaning about getting no meets, thank you for the misunderstanding, I'm pointing out that if you arrange a meet then don't show, it's a)rude b)annoying and c)a waste of a precious free night.
