So we've all scene that privacy "copy & paste" hoax on Facebook but maybe after seeing that it was a hoax people here will get rid of that "Sydney University" shite on they're pages. It means absolutely nothing.  you own nothing on the Internet realistically |

Why publicaction of those can be in breach of the computer mis use act "
anything you upload freely to a server or service on the internet does not come under that law , in fact if you look at the terms of service of this or any other similar website it states clearly in black in white that your images are NOT your property once uplaoded therefore the sydney uni disclaimer is about as much use as a fish on a bicycle . |

a year and a half on fab and finally a forum post that makes 100% sense. well said mate.
everything, and I mean everything that is online is accessible and stored on servers, I won't post my job of course but lets just say I know what I'm talking about here and guys in work can access anyone's Facebook account in full, avoid social networking if the privacy of your pictures matter to you. that's my baz luhrmann sunscreen type of life advice.. |
