This weekend Pieta Ireland will be having cycle races in galway, dublin, cork and limerick in aid of suicide prevention and self harm..

I will be like many others over next few days out fundraising and drawing attention to this issue which has effected everybody in some shape or form

So instead of sitting there perving at pics and jerking off.. get up and donate what you can to this

Fair play lion. I always get involved with suicide awareness as it hit my family and am sure it has hit a lot of everyone in some sort of way

Its the definite worst thing that can happen and a complete breaker of hearts and souls. If only those who are in darkness know how much they're loved and needed. Anything that stops even one person is so welcome and whether you can or cannot donate just always remember to pause before you speak and look out for those in need.
