Monday is the start of a whole new week
Lion just finished his workout in Galways Peak Physique
Lion is on this paleo diet
still wont keep his appetite quite
All this exercise makes the muscles sore
Hits fatigue but still reps two more..
To the guy on the phone
he soon hangs up and leaves when he hears The Lion groan
May be covered in sweat
but the workout is far from over yet
Up next is the legs
place stinks ..bodybuilders consuming too many eggs
Time to hit the shower
The Lion cant believe he workout for 2 hour

I worked out for only 90 mins today, am I only 3/4 of a Loin? Maybe I'm a Tiger, but I'm a skinny lad so I'm more likely to be Tigger, and you know the The Wonderful Thing About Tiggers?
The wonderful thing about tiggers
Is tiggers are wonderful things!
Their tops are made out of rubber
Their bottoms are made out of springs!

So I saw a new word today in relation to gyms...
Megarexia or Bigorexia.
Is this really a thing? & 10% of men who attend gyms may suffer from it? Really.  |

..maybe some men
reason for obsession is if a man becomes happy with appearance he will get lazy
need to constantly push and challenge the body ..otherwise boredom kicks in |
