The film was like a run through of my teenage years lol - apart from the ugly racism !!
Skinheads, skin girls, reggae, Fred Perrys, lots if arsing around with your pals...
The later series were just as good, although didn't resonateveut has my youth quite so much. Great first episode last night - much of which is said to be improvised rather than scripted |

I think I saw one of them but not sure which one, but I had the attention span of a flea yesterday so if there is a rerun during the wk I'll try watch it again |

Watched it last night. I guess it was as happy an ending as we could have hoped for. Was delighted for Lol and Woody, he's my fave character in it, but I actually felt sorry for Combo. 
I feel sad that it's the end, best thing on TV in years! |

There's a really interesting Shane meadows interview on www.film4.com about this. Turns out Combo was mixed race.....adds a new spin to the story. |
