a seriously good point

well, a client of mine, asked me over for dinner and of course i naively thought nothing of it and arrived and had a lovely meal, I'm sure you don't need boring with the next step anyway 7.00am and having to leave her place involved opening a huge creaky padlocked gate, driving the car out of the grounds, relock the gate and then as i was about to drive off, who was across the road gardening but her neighbour who gave me a huge wave and a smile

. Nothing wrong with giving a wave and a smile . Probably just being polite and might have no interest whatsoever in what you were doing . I often wave and smile at people .
