Anyone else out there that can't sleep
Back up out of bed after lying there for 2 hours, not a sign of sleep on me, listening to himself snoring soundly.
Would like to be (in the nicest way) knocked the fook out right now

"I was knackered going to bed and now I'm wide awake " Phone/tablet/laptop in bed is a bad idea. They stimulate the part of the Braun that needs to rrlax and allow you sleep.
Mug of warm milk, a book and soft lighting will help. Also slow your breathing down by taking long deep breaths. |

Never use my phone/laptop in bed (except Sunday morning lie-ins)

It happens me regularly. Makes me feel awful the next day.
When I dont sleep at all at nights when it comes to 9 or 10 next evening I become the walking dead. When I nod off its usually only for a few hours and I am back to square one.
I dont know what a good nights sleep is anymore. |
