u cant qualify an answer as both dub accents and ulsters accents are very diverse. A derry accent is miles from a newry accent. as is a north county dublin accent poles apart from a north inner city accent. a tallaght accent is miles from a blackrock accent.

I'd prefer a dub personally but that's also because I struggle to understand nordy's sometimes . Then again I struggle to understand cork farmers sometimes too so not sure what that says about me
