The Lion is back with his Fab fitness forum..

Todays workout is those legs..

so if you want legs and power like the Lion listen up....

As its time to hit those quads,calves and booty

Barbell squats 10 reps x 100 kg 4 sets

front barbell squats 8 reps x 80 kg 4 times

calve raises 15 reps x 70 kg 4 times

overhead dumbbell squats 25 x 40kg 4 times

and lions favorite climbing up steps with dumbbells

but Lion squats till he drops so following reps isnt in his repertoire as he simply never rests

remember the breathing exercises......

If you're gonna squat 100kgs please make sure you warm up to that. And if your only starting leg days build up to your target weight. 100kgs is not an easy task even for regular lifters

100kgs is ok but lion prefers to lift people as they speak words of motivation is his ear

lions shoulder workout consists mostly of overhead lifting of dumbbell and barbells and heavy objects around the garden...

then theres shoulder shrug, bent over rows and lions favorite the dumbbell front raise

Can Lion give doghunter some advise: I sometimes get cramps in my foot or lower leg during long, intensive rides. Is it just me overdoing it or am I getting old or what is it?

I take it as a supplement. TruMag. 2,teaspoons in a glass of water. Helps me sleep to as a bonus.
