Pub/Restaurants Galway

Hi guys,

I haven't popped into the Irish room for a while but we are after a few recommendations.

We are off to Galway tomorrow for the weekend and would like some ideas of where it's good to eat and drink. It is our anniversary so would like a nice restaurant.

Pub wise I like a bit of trad but Mrs P isn't so keen so something offering both would be good.

Not really looking to swing but if there's a club that we can pop in if the fancy takes us that'd be good.

Exactly. Can't go wrong spoilt for choice with great restaurants and pubs.

Salthill has great restaurants too and I'd recommend O'Connors pub, not trad but good music.
