Be wary..a new member profile miss carrr msg back to say set up 8 diff new profiles with peoples pics from here..immediately blocked me and abusive......be safe |

Seen that and also seen recently on a certain guys pics one of a lady been pleasured by a hairy chested guy and another showing a lady with a clean chested guy. Wonder does he have a chest wig so all tastes are catered for. lol |

i always thought they could block ip address i know of another site that does it. |

All s/he would need is a proxy service, then blocking the IP address has no effect  Sometimes idiots can be very inventive... |

You wont get at a MAC address via JavaScript and they are not truly unique (but are pretty dang unique).
Simple but not fool proof answer... SMS verification codes. Then you have to worry about your number being stored by the site so they can stop multiple profiles from the same number.
You can block IP's but walking to the nearest café with wifi will give you a new IP.
Long story short its hard to make sure you block them when the site is purely web based
