Im still kinda new on this and to night i text lots of people just simple msgs like " hi how are you " and most didnt even answer. I dont take afense or anything i get more then enough outside fab but is it not just pure ignorance to not even reply. |

According to Fab rules..no reply is a reply. As in no thanks. Its not fair on the nice guys but it has to be done. Otherwise you end up fending off the creepy types. |

I don't think it is ignorance at all not to reply. Yes, you can say it would be only polite to reply but I'd have to agree with the girls. Some get hundreds of messages in a short space of time. It would be a waste of their time to reply to all. It's just the way of it. Maybe attaching a photo to your message and a content with more than a polite hello might get more chance of a response. Worth a try. Good luck. |

To be fair we try and respond to everyone but that comes with problems. If a single guy says hi we say hi back but our politeness is construed as being interested and quickly followed by another 10 messages. So it's difficult to win really. |

I was hoping for womans response to the questions to be honest im not gonna take advice off lads thats not verified when i was verified with in a week i just wanted to know is it fab swingers way not to respond not advice or a debate. |

Lol the vicious circle of unwanted messaging! I actually think the no reply policy is a fair one to have, just for that reason. I see it as similar to dating sites. As a single man, I would be on dating sites. The problem I had initially would be replying to all. Then you get caught in conversation and then feel guilty when having to say no. It's the same with profiles with no pics. I'd respond, then eventually the pic would be produced. Inevitably many I just didn't fancy. Then felt guilty again having to say no. It's the same principle here. I have my own set of rules. No pics no reply. Simple hello's, no reply. It's also a no no if all I get is answers, and a lack of interest in knowing me. Everyone has their own ways. I'm a firm believer in gut instinct with people and what's meant to be won't pass you by.

Maybe you should ask for a women's point of view on the question then. Another thing, what has being verified got to do with it? I'll keep going. I wasn't debating, I was throwing in a view on the subject. I'll keep going. You say you respond to messages even from guys, portraying a polite and well mannered man. However your responses on this thread suggest that you are far from that. You'll probably have to lower your expectations of your fab experience after this thread is seen by others. |

It's nothing personal darling I try to respond to most mails but its virtually impossible you'd need a full-time secretary my messages over two days 357 unread so a hey there message doesn't really catch your attention sorry and guys can get really stroppy about it too so just be patient it'll happen |

The hi how are you mails are a plenty,not exactly a great conversation,they show up mails every day,it gets tedious replying to them,effort shows in what is written,all the above advice was correct,attitude to answers is wanting I think,best of luck |

As I'm sure you will. Which as a user of this website, is your right as you have fulfilled the necessary criteria to do so. It's bewildering that you have such a distain for some responses. As u say ur not here long read the forums on previous threads identical to this guys give as much help as cpls or ladies verified or not has nothing to do with it. Join in the craic here with the guys and girls u find if works better if people see ur personality interacting with all others not just fems and cpls they find it easier to reply messages as they have a feel as to who u are |

Cj, a man n the girls are giving u sound replies n advice. We used to reply to all messages but arrogant n ignorant fuckers put a stop to that. If people don't read our profile n use the words we ask for we don't reply, if cant be bothered taking time to show an interest we ain't gona be giving our time |

. There is no necessity to reply to messages. As per the forum rules , no reply means no interest . Would you prefer an in box full of rejection messages ?.
Members also need a well written and detailed profile with good pictures if they expect people to reply . Some members will check the profile to assess if. it is worth replying too. |

Personally I rarely reply to 1 line messages. I get too many messages a day to be bothered. If they bothered to write a decent message then i bother to reply.
I suspect many ladies are the same.
I never reply if the person hasn't bothered to fill out their profile.

So what if advice comes from Un verified people? It's feedback. If you don't value it fine but it's probably useful and can only help you. |

I realise this is pointless because the op has already left, but I'm going to go ahead anyway. Our profile clearly states that we are not interested in one liner mails so if someone messages with one we click unread and delete because if they don't want to take the time to read our profile then why should we bother replying. Harsh maybe nut that's how it is for many. |

Same as RoughandCurvy we don't reply to one liners, if the effort isn't put in to get contact off the ground then what's the point?
Also the attitude and ignorance shown to the guys giving advice was totally uncalled for.
It gives the impression that if this guy was to meet a cpl what would his attitude be towards the male half? |
