I'm not sure as I am just getting in to it. Katie Bowman has also written a book about healing yourself through movement. My friend has been following the exercises and swears by it. I came to her through the mutu mamas programme. X

The last book I read was The Real Chief: Liam Lynch, by Meda Ryan. Great book and very easy to read. I'm now back into The Scourging Angel by Ben Gummer. It's the story of the black death in Britain and Ireland from its first appearance in 1349. The first 70% of the book is gripping but then it gets a bit dull and I gave up on it twice already. It's very informative though and dismisses a few "facts" about the spread of the disease.
