So they are bringing out the new offisde rule in the new soccer season trying to improve the game,I dont know it confuses the feck out me already.
What do yea sport fans think will it slow the game down?. |

it will slow the game down only until the offending players interferring with play by blocking etc get penalised and they will learn. I think its a good think cos morally a player blocking is wrong |
