Straight, bi or gay?

Jump to: Newest in thread

By (user no longer on site) OP     over a year ago

*if you don't like "labels", grand. We know you exist.

So if a guy has met another guy for sex(just once) in the past but decided it wasn't for him, I don't think it makes him bi/gay, another fabber thinks he can't be described as straight any more so what do you think?

I was self employed once but if someone asked me now what I do for a living, I wouldn't say "self employed once but now I work for someone".

I am straight, I have never been attracted to another woman or been curious about another woman - if I had, then to me, I would be "bi" something.

Sexual orientation appears to be a sliding scale. If you are straight, you are straight, if you are gay, you are gay. If your sexual proclivitites/experiences extend to both genders, you have a degree of bisexuality, which you may or may not choose to pursue.

That's how I see it. Others can interpret it as they wish.

A most interesting topic( coming on the back of another thread) and here's my twopence. I have recently met two guys just to experiment. I am NOT attracted to males but I do admire a cock. I was curious to have a look and a fondle-a 'dalliance' was a great word I saw used. It led to a little play in the heat of the moment. I enjoyed it as in a bit of adventure, exactly what I came on here for. It was different. I won't say I'll never do it again but it would come no where near my desire to be with women. It's a different league. I think the word 'attraction' is a big word here. You might want to play with 'the bits' but there's no attraction to the person

My attitude too. I've experimented in my youth. Wouldn't call myself bi, and I'm not attracted to men but in the heat of the moment I don't really mind whose hands are on my junk!

I didn't "lambast" someone, I expressed my amusement at the thread. Since I don't see you taking issue with other people's non-pc posts, I can only assume you have a problem with me.

Do feel free to ignore me, otherwise learn to accept that I am as entitled to have an opinion as anyone else around here and that if you're going to pretend tolerance, it has to apply to all, not just the ones who agree with you on everything.

Your opinion on what was asked is always relevant. If we all just communicated with "yes" people, then your comments would be apt. And life would be very boring.

But like I said, if I'm asked I tell the truth. It says straight on my profile because I am.

Lol John. How interesting

I don't go proclaiming it to everyone, and its not something I'm looking for, but if I'm asked am I bi I go "no but I don't really care whose hands are on my cock as long as there are tits in the room too!"

I couldn't be bi or gay, I love tits too much.

Careful now alot of people you've met have a grudge against bi men or indeed just a lad who was once curious but at least you have the guts to be honest, fair play John

If they're against people who were curious and no longer are, then they're not people I want to meet.

But like I said, if I'm asked I tell the truth. It says straight on my profile because I am."

If more people were honest with themselves and others, it might remove the fear that people have around the issue.

"*if you don't like "labels", grand.

Ah just to make things a little more complicated u would have to put bi playing into the mix as this is where we feel most guys fit ,as in there straight but in the heat of the moment in a group suitation the will join in , I've bi curious on our profile but I don't think it's an accurate reading of my sexual ty, I've no interest in meeting a guy one on one but in a group suitation and in the heat of the moment I enjoy it, does that make me bi curious bi sexual I don't no ,

Mr crazy

Not many people see it that way personally I'd see you as straight as it's not something you actively seek. I've to say fair play for even mentioning it as it.

Purists would argue that bisexuality is romantic attraction, sexual attraction or sexual behavior toward both males and females.

Personaly, I do not give a hoot what anyone declares on their profile, but if a guy has played with other guys, then fairplay if he declares himself as bisexual.

Have any of you 'straight' ladies had a little play with another woman in the heat of the moment as some of us guys have? Or when and how did you discover bisexuality?

Sexuality happens us because our genes want us to reproduce. In order for this to happen they have to make us sexually attracted to the opposite sex. The way genes work, the only way for us to be sexually attracted to the opposite sex is to also make some of us sexually attracted to the same sex.

It goes from white to grey, to black.

If there were no gay people there would be no straight people, one is as natural as the other.

Some people, the thought of being with another person of the same sex would disgust them. This is natural, its built into them, just like for some people being with someone of the opposite sex would disgust them.

Others would be straight, but the thought does not disgust them, and they might experiment before deciding they are straight. Some might experiment and realise they are actually bisexual.

That's how it works.

If you're gay and you experimented you're gay, you are just not a rampant gay, and if you're straight and you experimented you're straight, you're just not a rampant straight.

etc.

No, I was assuming you were directing it at all straight women.

Yes, I have but really in the heat of the moment, not enough to say I'm bi as I'd not be attracted to other women normally but if the mood went that way, I'd be open to experimenting.

Surely your label (or whatever) is based on what you're willing to do... if you're no curious and didn't like it, at some stage you might try it again

I have done a few times but never planned and never searched for a female meet and no interest bar in group play because it's not as intimate..so I class myself as straight
