Good morning everyone. Considering how much alcohol that was consumed yesterday and last night,and the fact that I am not a drinker,added to the wedding games which also included large quantities of vodka,last thing I expected was to be running by the river at 7am and hitting the gym at eight. Rather surprised at my bodies ability to recover but also thankful lol. Hope it lasts though |
