When i was about 16 there was a spate of knicker thefts in the neighbourhood from people's washing lines. It got so bad the cops set a trap to catch the culprit & they caught 2 - an elderly man & a guy in my class at school

Just sittin here with a friend she reckons shes had atleast 5- 10 pairs stolen from the appartment block... anyone ever had this problem she has a good idea who it is |

Robbing knickers, meh. I know a lad who broke into a ladies clothes shop to rob a mannequin. He brought it home and tried to ride it. He was seen on cctv and the cops traced him handy enough. The went to his house and knocked on his door. He answered with only his jeans on. Your one (the mannequin) was in his bed.
