Finally got to stay in a hotel that when you switch on the lights you can actually see and not the usual twilight style candle output lighting other hotels seem to offer.... Like if you want it dark you can always turn off lights.

Work and pleasure involves various travel be it Irl/UK, EMEA or the US. Most have very poor and badly placed lighting. Maybe they do really want people to fall asleep. It's not down to any one chain of hotels either.

The majority of bulbs these days are enemy savers, the ones mentioned were too.
