Ok I hate Utd but if they keep there keeper and buy 2 class centre backs there their They have loads off midfielders now just backs they need , Liverpool till I die |

as a Liverpool supporter manu have got a great deal on swinestieger if he can stay injury free he will be the replacement for keano that United have been looking for for years. but like us United still need a new striker |

I'm not sure Schweinsteiger is as good a transfer as folk think, he's coming up for 31, is injury prone and will probably be on €200,000 plus a week.....no doubt the guy is a top player when fit but I'm thinking utd should've looked for someone younger and hungrier!! |

True but Bayern struggle in the 2nd half of the season when both him and Alonso played together, I can see a similar thing with Carrick at Utd, I hope I'm wrong cause I've always enjoyed watching Utd......I would've taken a punt on Carvalho at sporting, looks like a beast and would suit Utd really well |

I went over twice at the begin g of last season and it was sheer depressing to watch.
VERY excited about this squad and there is a huge amount of talk in the last few days about Cavani coming in. He's a beast. A decent CB and I'll be sticking 50 blips on us for the title |

I don't think Schweinsteiger will play more than 25 matches but his experience and leadership will be important. Besides Rooney there was no real leaders in that squad.
Schneiderlin is an excellent player and Carrick's long term replacement. Depay is a flyer and looks a superb prospect. He had an impressive world cup last year. I don't know much about Darmian but apparently Barca were looking at him as Alves' replacement before he signed a new contract.
A centre back (Ideally Stones) and a striker (or keep Hernandez) and I can see the team having a great season. |
