As foreign girl I got a lot times question from guys do I prefer Irish or mine nationality guys.. I had meets with more than few nationality guys..and from my experience and thoughts there always will be in any nationality some good ones, some not so good ones and some crazy weirdos..

I think if a foreign lady can speak fair/good enough English and they are understandable and a bit of fun they will obviously be fun!
But a boring shite in any nationality is still a boring shite!!
