Same here. Love the aggressive exterior. Great looking car. Shame our local dealership are a shower of bandits. Totally untrustworthy.

Went for a Honda instead.

Standard octavia or octavia vrs?

Id still prob go with the mazda either way, beauty of a car. The mokka is a bit off the saloon track though isnt it? Still a nice car, wouldnt have the pull of the mazda for me though

Test drove the mokka too. Chunky car, with great looks. Cheap too. Top of the range, full leather etc around €29000. Bit too much road and wind noise noise for me and a tiny boot space.

The Mazda is sex on wheels. I changed last year and my options were a 09 Mazda 6 or a 10 Mondeo. I understand that the Mazda had issues with the big end bearing and the DPF. Went with the Mondeo. Titanium X import from the UK. Animal of a car....

The Mazda is a nice looking motor. I took a 2010 c63 amg for a test drive some beast but fook you'd need share's in an oil company

Mazda 6 and mondeo are both the same car with same issues. Dodgey diesels mostly.

Ford have being building Diesel units for donkeys years. And they are pretty good at it. I've heard mechanics referring to the Mazda diesel as the worst commonrail engine ever built. The newer models (2010) onwards are fine apparently. Before that, they were muck.

Yep. Well impressed with it I am. I am getting itchy though. I'm liking the 530d as the minute......

Had the Mazda 6 as a rental (petrol) in the UK for a week last summer. Incredible, comfortable, efficient drive.

Want it to be my next car.
