If having trouble sleeping, try this.
If in bed sleepless for more than 30 minutes, get up. Go sit in a comfy chair and read for a bit. It helps clear your mind. Take a warm glass of milk, not too much because you don't want to wake again to go to the jacks.
No phones, tablets or movies. If watching TV make sure it's a programme you could take or leave.
No playing with yourself. That releases happy hormones that block the sleep hormones.
