You can still block the individual profile (or just ignore them) - I really don't see the problem. |

It shows above someone's profile when you look at it the last contact between you (if any)
I still dont see the problem - block or ignore - even if you have filters there is nothing to stop someone creating a new account with the required parameters to get past your filters. |

I think it also works the other way around if they have winked at you or messaged you previous to your message filters, then they still can do so. |
