Depends on the route you take. The entire ring is 134 miles. I think the cyclists do around 112 miles.
There'll be some sore arses around.  |

That'll take ages to cycle it, you'll be up at the crack of dawn!! The very best of luck to those who'll complete it!!! But I reckon they'll be a wee bit stiff for a few days after!!
