Best film I saw was Whiplash, had me on the edge of the seat the whole film. Best action film for me was Mad Max, visually it was so stunning and the action never stopped, it was so good I went to see it twice. |

"Ex Machina. Enjoyed it
"

Ex Machina was very good but possibly just pushed to a very close second by Whiplash.
Kingsmen was also good fun, so was John Wick (even though it was out in the US months ago)
And Jurassic World surprised me a lot as the trailer was terrible and made the film look crap but the film was very enjoyable. |

Also if you like a film that has something different check out Inheritant Vice, I loved it but I'm a bit Paul Thomas Anderson fan. The Kurt Cobain documentary was very intense as well |

TV is such a massive medium these days, I don't even know what films from this year I've seen
I watched 50 shades the other day, it was laughably bad, but the next night we watched let's be cops and it was pretty damn funny
also, was the avengers this year?? If so, I'll throw my vote to that one |
