Hi All,

Looking for some guidance. I am looking to make changes to diet and get back into shape. Does anyone recommend a PT/Nutritionist in Dublin or surrounding area that I could talk to and see how I beat the bulge and turn my 24 pack into a 6 pack

Internet is full of good people. Frankly speaking, motivation, balanced diet and regular exercise if critical. You do not need PT or a nutritionist, if you are willing to read stuff on the Internet, it's full of good advises. PT will help you stay motivated though, so if you have cash to invest, I recommend it. That person will help you with diet. Good luck and never give up!

Naas

As stated above. The net is full of practical advice. I've a friend who is a PT. Purely because he loves fitness. He tells people what they know themselves anyway. Its about diet.

If you put Tayto in you mouth

If you put chips in your mouth

If you put sweets in your mouth

If you put beer in your mouth...

....you will not get healthy, even if you work out.

There you go. I'm not even going to charge you.

Half an hour intense training, fruit, veg, meat. That's all you need.
