Diceys Garden on Harcourt street is also fairly busy. I think they do reduced price drinks that get the crowds in.
Maybe someone might confirm this.
And as above, temple bar always has a good buzz. |

diceys I think is 2 euro a drink check there fb page or site for the promotions. |
