I like people who are able to follow rules either given to them or set by themselves.
I dislike people with no impulse control, or people who say "well I normally wouldn't do this but..."
I always wonder what other rules they have broken "just this one time", or what other stuff they get up to. Their rules are just a facade to make them appear different. Would be much more honest for them to say "I have these filters and rules up just to cut down messages, I'll fuck anyone though".

No, there are plenty of fish in the sea.
I have a lower age limit for a very definite reason - upper is not written in stone, but all my adult life I have really only been attracted to men with a few years either side of my own age at the time. |

Agree with the first part of your post, however it`s a bit unfair to assume that members are trying to appear different or dishonest.
People join swing sites with preconcieved notions of their own needs and sexual desires, through meeting others these can change over time.. |

True, there are people who admit their filters are there to cut down messages, and there are people who change and grow.
But there are a lot of people who put up stuff to appear to be someone they are not. Going around saying they dont do x,y,z or meet anyone who does x,y,z and then break the rules all the time while still saying they dont.
A simple example would be someone who says they dont gossip, who you know gossips cause they do it at socials.
Or a guy who says "I wont meet young people" and first young girl that messages him is an exception.
Or "i dont meet cheaters" and they are sneaking off cheating themselves.

People don't box them into corners, people have rules, yes but sometimes they ignore their rules to take a chance on something which normally turns out great. Yes have rules but if something good comes along give it a chance. It doesn't make you a hypocrite as others would lead you to believe |

It`s the nature of the scene ,there will always be gossips, cheats , fakes ect..
You simply accept it, learn to ignore it and don`t let it spoil your own fun... |

at 64 her and 68 me we get this quite a lot but truth is we still manage plenty of lovely playful meets . and age is just a number . well some are much longer nos but we are not counting lol .. |
