I like Cake..
I like making it almost as much as i like eating it.
I bake every week, as it gives me a sense of inner peace and stops me killing someone.

Can't beat a fresh cream and fruit sponge. Sponge nice and airy and fluffy.. loads of cream and strawberries and peaches...

One of the nicesest cakes I ever had was by an elderly Dutch lady think it was called a friendship cake. where a piece of the dough was kept for the next days baking or passed to a friend to bake a cake and said friend would in turn keep a piece of her dough mix to pass on really moist and soft mmmm still taste it
