. 1. Don't leave your bags unattended on the beach . I had mine stolen last year . Not everyone on the beach is there for fun. 2. If you dont want to eat out every day , the butchers in the Helios Commercial centre sells nice pre cooked food which you can just warm up..3. Should you decide to venture outside the centre , 1 euro on the bus gets you to Agde . 4. If you can , buy your gate pass in advance . It can save you a lengthy queue on arrival. All the information on clubs etc is covered on the various other threads .

There is no direct flight to Bezier airport from Ireland - Carcassonne or Perpignan are the closest - approximately 60-90mins away. Ryanair fly, but other airport options include: Montpellier, Nimes, Toulouse, Rodez & Marseille. Car hire is quite expensive in France compared to the UK - especially the insurance so get a specialist excess policy it will save you a fortune!

...I generally go from Dublin via either Bristol or Beauvais (Paris), depending on times and prices. It can be done in a longish day, but the value of arriving in Béziers - just two short bus rides or a taxi away from the front gate of the Quartier Naturiste - surpasses the cost of the slightly longer day!

I have in the past gone directly to one of the other airports mentioned above, but then have found that I hired a car and didn't get to use it much unless the weather was bad.

dont take out extra insurance with rental company. the only thing they can do is take a excess charge (up to 900 eu) from your credit card. you can take out car hire excess insurance for 50 eur and it covers you for any car hire for 12 months

we were in cap about 6 years ago.we enjoyed the resort but accom was absolutely appauling. the adult section of beach is good fun with full blown orgies going on. it can get quite packed so bring extra big towels as still will stop encroachment in your space. jonny wokkers is a nice bar. have a chat with hima nd he will give you a heads up.look out for free entries to clubs. if you are driving there is plenty of supermarkets outside resort where yo can stock up on cheap beer and wine.

"Is there a bus service from from Carcasonne?"
. I think that you will need to get a train to Agde , and then a bus or taxi to Cap d Agde .
