is northwood gym always busy?

Just joined northwood and have trained a few times at different times of the day....it is always packed..... or is it just me ?

When I used to go there... it was pretty packed both morning and evening. I never went midday. Evening was especially bad. But everybody had some idea as me... go after work.

From what I've heard, yes it is always quite busy but that's second hand info as my gym is in my house
