taxi! Youll be lucky. But you mite have a better chance hopping on a mini bus |

Not a hope in hell. 1 thing my brother did years ago was to go there in a taxi and arranged to meet in same taxi in a certain spot to get home.
But best I reckon is dublin bus - but of my experiences of going to Slane is a great day - what will ruin the great day out is the getting home bit. Tip Women throw a pair of comfi foot ware on and expect to do a good bit of walking |

I'm going Slane this 20 years and never had any hastle . if you get your taxi to park outside the back entrance to Roadstone its a 5 min walk from concert and you'll be back on main road in no time .. |

Might have to be dublin bus, didn't want to get caught in all the bus traffic tho!!taxi sounds good if we can find one to drop 9ff and pick up |

Few years back, when Kasabian and Oasis played Slane my boss (yip, direct superior in my employment) got himself lifted by the Guards, dropped to the border and apparently told "He was someone else's problem now" seemed like an effective way to get home!
Sadly, he failed to let me know, and I spent ages looking for him, until his mother phoned me at about 11..... |

Seen the foo fighters last time they were in Dublin, it was an excellent gig! The support bands that day were IMO a lot better than this weekends but I'm sure you all will have a blast. Only criticism I have now of Slane is that it's no longer the all day music festival it used to be! The day of the show kicking off at 12.30 and running to 11.30 are sadly gone..  |

Ye never know we are bringing erotica with us and a carboot full off drink so i think we will be spending most off our time in the carpark waiting for the foofighters to take the stage |
