If you're chatting to English numbers you have to but the int code in front of the number |

When trying to text or call a UK number the code is 0044 u drop the first digit of the mobile number as in the 0 ... to.dial.from UK to Ireland it 00353 again drop the 0 of the mobile number ....txt call viber etc ..... |
