Anyone else have one of these? Mr. gave me a pressie of one of these and while I'm loving it cos I am kinda a fitness and clean eating freak,I feel like I'm missing out as I have no friends using it for the group challenges and stuff. Anyone any tips they can share,I can be a bit thick when it comes to technology at times. |

I heard they all were apparently you shouldn't swim with them but the fitbit surge is water proof to 50m so I assume it'd be grand to use for swimming |

Water 'resistant' up to 10m...
However you can climb to 30000' |

I've had a few and currently testing the Microsoft band. Does heart rate, gps recording for my runs, steps per day, calorie burn, Also has plenty of workouts you can send from you phone to it. I was going to buy the Iwatch but then thought that would restricts next phone to Apple. The band works with all phones. Have had it a week not and I have to say I'm very impressed. The only thing letting it down is it is not waterproof. |

I use the 'health' app on iPhone to do the 10k steps a day challenge, it also sends the data to myfitnesspal. I think the fitbits look awful with suits etc midweek. A friend and her bf have one though & they love them! |
