Hey im from Belfast but will be staying a week at the foyle cup in july so a good chance for a meet with people who are usually too far away!!

whats bigoted in keeping things simple...point was typing londonderry took a lot of effort due to excessive lettering....its universal to reduce lettering and form acronmys....ie united states of america....is usa ....united kindgom is uk...uae...quantas....etc....even in ireland people from carrick on suir reduce it to simply carrick...the point being not one of bigotry but of simplicity

well I guess the fact he put up the city name is both forms excused your ability to understand... not to worry some day it will sink in and u will be a proud member of fab instead of a guy who nit picks.. since they say a brain is like a sponge I suppose it takes longer for some to absorb even the simplest of things..

havent seen union of soviet socilaist republics / soviet union typed like that....even newtownmountkennedy is a mouthfull
