I got up this morning decided no beer tonight and instead I joined a gym now I'm lying here thinking sure I don't have a fucking clue about the gym so I'm kinda to paranoid to go haha anyone any ideas on how to use and best things to use in the gym |

Just go in and do cardio and look around to see what others are doing. When you start on the weights go light so you can get used to it. Google beginners programmes |

"Speak to the trainers in there...theyll set you on the right track" sound mate so trainers do be in the gym or do I have to find a trainer sorry now but I'm actually clueless about it ha

Id be surprised if there werent any trainers there...unless it was a purely bodybuilders gym there should be trainers there. Ring in advance and ask them to help get you set up. Theyll sort you out with an assessment, a programme etc. |

There should be trainers at reception ?? Ask then to do you up a programme and tell them the specific areas you want to work on.. If they're any addition they'll help you out |

a good sensible dirt' some weights ' core workout' if you not lifted weights before now' get advice from a trainor' and rember' no pain no gain' best of luck |
