The way our bodies look is usually one of the first things that people pay attention to, while browsing through profiles, to see if they would be happy to start the conversation and eventually engage in some debauchery with.

Do you have a special way of keeping your body sexy and as attractive as possible (this being for fab reasons or outside of the lifestyle reasons)?

My goal is to make my body look athletic and I have been working on it in the gym regularly for a while now (still a long way to go). I also pay attention to what I eat and when.

Do you have a goal in relation to your body build, looks and how do you execute your plan? Or are you happy with the way things are and you feel no desire to change anything?

I was the same for a long time but one day I said feck it, those muscles won't grow on their own. After I short while I started to enjoy my training a lot and now I am happy just for the thought of gym day approaching.

I've an injury since December so I'm fairly restricted to what I do,

It has taken a long time and lots of pain but slowly getting there and the results are worth it.

Weights,run,boxing bag every weekday. Started back at brazilian juijitsu lately once a week but will up that to 2-3 times a week soon. Other bits of sport too

I have eaten for just nutritional value of food for years now,not taste

Its just a way of life now I couldn't imagine not doing it.

I try to work out as much as I can but I hate the Gym so I work out at home. I love to dance so I include music and dance where I can, takes the pain out of it some. Also mainly eat well too. But I get lazy from time to time.

I don't got a gym or do any sports. I bought a cheap bench from argos, a bunch of weights as I progressed, and an exercise bike.

I exercise to feel healthy. I want to be able to chase a pet dog around the garden, run after a bus, be strong enough to do odd jobs, to be able to pick a girl up, give her a piggy back, throw her on a bed, hold her down no matter how much she struggles, not get out of breath doing it, to be laughing and smiling as I do it.

What do I do?

I do weight lifting where I always increase the weight. A weight I can lift 12 times max, I do 12 reps, then add 1/2kg then try do as many reps as I can, then add another 1/2kg and try do as many, then again add and do again. I jot down how many I did in each so if I did 12 reps, 10 reps, 8 reps, 5 reps, next day I have to minimum add 1 rep to each so it becomes 13 reps, 11 reps, 9 reps, 6 reps.

The day after that I go to the gym the weight I lifted 11 times becomes my start weight, and I lift it 12 weights, I add another step to the end of the routine.

I keep going like this, always lifting heavier, always progressing.

Some times I stop exercising, sometimes I want to lose weight, sometimes be stronger.

If I want to lose fat I pick a weight I can do 8 times, I reduce the rest period down to 30 seconds and I dont add weight, I just concentrate on not resting for more than 30 seconds. I mix in a spin class in the morning or after exercise and tighten up my diet increasing protein and decreasing carbs but never cutting them.

Nearly every personal trainer I have ever talked to has told me I don't know what Im talking about though, so ignore me.

Soccer over for me but playing fives twice a week. Gym has been but off for a few months but trying to break back into it again is proving a difficulty but I will get there

I have been going to the gym on 20 years, I fall off the waggon from time to time. Love weights, running, summer on the bike and gave up kick boxing last year. Always feel good when in shape and don't like what I see when I'm out of the gym for awhile. Love my food to much

There was an old saying in gaelic long ago that people used to quoted roughly translated it says... "The only thing better than a snack box is two snack boxes, or even three, and possibly 4, although at that point you might as well get a couple of dinner boxes"

training' is running is cardio' weights are ristence and muscle love this but with out a diet' ie browne bread' not white' low fat butters' no sweets things and watch the changes 'good core work out and weights are a great way for good abs'chest' legs ' bum

I train boxing 4days a week and because I do this I'm really able to eat what food I like I should really be eating healthy though

Was a gym junkie for awhile. Was a hell of a lot bigger than I am now. Was on an intensive program 4 nights a week. Got a freak injury, tried to rush back and did it again. Fell out with my PT and told him to shove it up his hole.

Lost about 5kgs of muscle mass since. Must get back to the gym again soon.
