I was just chatting to a lovely gorgeous girl who likes to have a full spray tan before she has a meet as it gives her more body confidence.
Just curious if others do it too? Or what is your meet ready routine? |

Make sure my lucky white sport socks are clean....you never know when a camera will come out.
Of course, if they're buried at the bottom of the linen basket, I'll wear them anyway....can always photoshop them white afterwards. |

I don't do anything for a meet, but I am known to get ideas and do them.
For example I could have a shower getting ready for a meet, the idea of shaving could come into my head and then I shave my whole body of all hair. |

I'd be similar to this person as o always find I'm more confident in myself with some tan on but that's across the board not just for meets. There's nothing I do for a meet that I don't do usually although I do inspect my waxed areas to ensure they're smooth

I do the showering craic shave etc then out blowdry and straighten hair then have a couple of glasses of wine to steady the nerves do make up and then I'm good to go and that's when sometimes I get the message saying oh I can't come ffs what a waste lol |
