Just read about the settlement from a family separation case yesterday.
The wife got two houses worth E3.3M plus 18k per month and half of a 1.8M pension....
The husband was playing away!!
Roles could easily be reversed......
Is this a great advertisement for staying single and being on fab (Men or women) ??

It depends what she gave up to be with him. Some women give up high paying jobs when they have a high earning man.
Ireland is bad for husbands rights. Either way she woild have got half, even if it was her that played away.
