So in the bid to getting healthy and fit etc ive decided to cut the booze but ill not lie a lovely glass of rose wine would go down great right about now lol damn it must stay focused  |

Stick to it, its helped me. Cut down on the alcohol and had smaller food portions about 9 months ago and without doing anything else I've lost 9kg and taken the belt in 3 notches.

I was harassed recently made mistake giving a guy my number seemed like a nice guy but how he changed and got nasty when I told him I was not interested , texts fone calls etc so I had his number traced and he got paid a visit , his wife was really surprised to find out what her hubby was up 2, and the out come no more hassle , wasn't so brave when confronted in fact he went as white as a sheet lol |
