dont need to ring into work its work that have me out drinking... going for a fry and might go for a run... had a can of monster think il leave the pain killers out till im proper bad |

Easy drink water relax on the sofa and watch 4hrs of friends on sky then Jeremy kyle at 3 and trust me after watching the Jeremy kyle show you won't feel sorry for yourself anymore lol. |
