The feel of the new implants is almost identical to how the natural breasts feel. Ask in the clinic and read on the forums about it.

I think a woman should be the judge as she has to live with her boobs and decision, what a man thinks is irrelevant..

Some women are very unhappy with what they have, so if it makes her happy to get augmentation well good for he....
