You need to get up to bed and just tell yourself that you need to sleep. You can't be up cleaning at this hour. Sit down and pour yourself s drink and enjoy it.  |

its my Friday nite ritual am afraid if its not done it will fk up my wknd lol am in bed now but no drink if I start I might not stop lol |
