Did she return it within 60 days for a full refund(minus the return postage costs)? |

Seems noone has any luck with this.. but did all of those people saying it didnt work use it as instructed? I seem to recall the advert says u do it daily for a set period of time and that makes it work? |

I tried using their instructions and is the biggest load of crap to hit the market. It doesn't leave you smooth like it claims to, my legs felt stubbly afterwards so it doesn't do what it says.the smell is inhuman of burning hair and it needs to be used in a well ventilated area. A huge nono for nono from me!! |

I thought the pluh had caught fire and pulled it out straight away "
Mine can be mains used or cordless but either way it's a total waste of 270 euro. I'd rather stick to the professionals anyday. |

I have one and it works for me. Burning a candle when using it helps to get rid of the singed smell.
the instructions say that it should not be used in intimate areas, bikini line only.
I get compliments on my smooth skin too.
guess it works for some and not others |

I put it into a drawer and forgot about it,, I still have it. One of life's regrettable purchases I'm afraid |

They really push the "60 day money back guarantee" but I reckon 90% of buyers do exactly the same, bung it in a drawer & forget about it. |

Its to make u feel secure that if its not as good as stated u can get ur money back, but at the same time they know people are inherently lazy and won't return them |
