"Poached eggs on a toasted English muffin with thick bacon ( Canadian is best ) and hollandaise sauce. "
Ah ok!
Can't do sauce at mo or muffins or indeed bacon. Well done on making me crave all 3 lol |

Scoop out a bit of the middle of half an avocado and crack egg into it. Two halves is a portion.
Stick in the oven until egg cooked and have with some tomato relish  |

Eggs Royale here, 2 poached eggs on a bed of smoked salmon, topping brown soda bread, drizzled in hollandaise sauce with a sprig of cress. Coffee & A slip in to follow. |
