I love Carrot lol, and most of the city watch. And the witches - nanny ogg, granny weatherwax and Magrat Garlick (and Shawn the long suffering palace guard). And of course Vetinari - in fact it's hard to pick just one, they've all got their own quirks!

It is really hard to say, it depends on what book you are reading, lol, Carrot is great but then there's Vimes and the rest of the watch, then there's the witches and of course Leonard of Quinn, Vetinari, DEATH himself and Susan, then there's Tiffany and of course the more recent Moist, lol so a little difficult to pick, I even forgot about Cohan and of course Rincewind and the luggage, the list just goes on and on |
