Haven't picked up my Kindle in a while but there's an author Jessica Sorensen who I enjoy.

I think the last book I read was philomena. I cried, as I do with most books

In Europe - Travels Through the Twentieth Century

The writer travelled around Europe in 1999 visiting places which were important in the two World Wars and beyond.... 500 odd pages in and he's coming to the end of WWII, really fascinating refresher on the war history and the whys and hows.

That sounds like a really good book. If it's on kindle I'll read that next.

I've just finished the human mind by Robert Winston. He has also done loads of really fascinating documentaries for BBC.

"Daily Rituals" by Mason Currey - The daily routines of some of the most important artists/philosophers/scientists/thinkers/politicos of the modern age. Amazing stuff.

"The Secret Footballer" - Anon. - Revealing insight into Prem league football behind the scenes.

"The KLF - Chaos, Magic and the band who burned a million pounds" - Batshit crazy bio of seminal bullshitters/dischordians/hit makers.
