When George Ford was a young fellow and his father was backs coach to the Irish team - Peter Stringer used to babysit him - now they both play for Bath. Bet Stringer feels old.

Big time!! Sure Ford was playing 20's with England last year, talk from some people in the know is stringer is staying in england and other teams are vying for him and he's in his late 30's!

Its how we win - we may not be the biggest or fastest or most technically gifted - but with a little passion and Irish warrior spirit - we can pull off the odd win against the odds !!!

Through on some foggy dew by the chieftains and feel the energy and buzz that rolls within, that's the song Mc Gregor uses as an entrance song and my god it makes the hair stand up on the back of my neck

Not only temporarily - It certainly helped in creating trust a few years back - Ulster fan were amazed at the support their team got in Dublin when they won the Heineken Cup.

I reckon that was instrumental in the subsequent political progress that was made.

Back to the rugby.....Can't see either Irish wingers scoring a try. Can't see Ireland kicking there way to victory. But I will be shouting my lungs out at the telly and hopefully that will distract the English pack.
