Whats the most annoying thing about your boss that drives you mental?
My boss calls all the guys by the same name.. ' ted '... Ted will you do this, ted will you do that... It's painful

She's not straight forward if she's pissed with any work done. She has to send out an email to all staff. I find that very ridiculous, person with the problem should she should talk with them and not generalize it to all even those who did nothing  she lacks leadership! |

I know it does, when it happens it makes those who put the effort in work seem like its not enough!.. Wrong people holding the position tbh  |

Another thing that grinds my gears at work is when you say to your boss that Jonny or whoever reeks of stale sweat and should be dipped in Jeyes fluid to clean himself or herself. Next thing everyone is called in for a meeting on personal hygiene... Wtf?... No backbone again. They cant be singled out, it would effect other peoples view of them and cause them undue stress in the work place as a result. Piss off and wash ffs. |
